I can't say enough good things about our Boran Software package. Someone would have to come up with something very extraordinary to convince me to change.

I use all aspects of the program. I know some offices have elected to just use the Real Estate part of the program and have some other software to handle the accounting end. But that involves a lot of doubling up of work and leaves a large margin for error - Boran's software integrates the Real Estate and Accounting aspects extremely well. I've used the system and watched it evolve for the past 10yrs, each new version better than the last. I've greatly appreciated and made use of their technical support - always someone to answer questions and accommodate changes you might want to have. I can also depend on a constant supply of program upgrades and income tax changes whenever new information is added.

All in all - I don't think you can go wrong in purchasing the Software. I would even go as far to say that it may well become the standard (or should be) for all Real Estate offices.

Hope this helps you with your decision - don't let my obvious bias sway you - I'm sure you're asking other offices the same question - hopefully they'll be extolling the programs virtues as much as I.

Our office has won the award for closing more transactions than any other RE/MAX office in the world, in both 1997 and 1999.  The ability to do this with only two staff is unbelievable, I'm told.  Two of us can do this, in major part, because of the efficiency of the DOS Boran system, which flows so easily from the listing state to the pay out stage.

I also want to state that the DOS version is extremely efficient, if used as designed and in conjunction with basic time management skills.
