About the Artist: 

Katie Flynn's photography captures the hidden beauty in everyday situations and ordinary objects.  Her work conveys emotions in empty spaces. Some of her best work takes place in less-known settings of the high desert around Landers where she built a house 10 years ago. She is also part of the Venice Beach artistic community where she lives with her two daughters.
